There are over 5,000 parking bays available at Clearwater Mall, with a choice of covered parking on Entrance 1, 2, 3, and 5 on the Lower Level and covered parking on the Upper Level. The only open parking is at Entrance 4 next to Christiaan de Wet Road and a portion of open bays at Entrance 5, behind Car@wash.
Clearwater Mall offers priority parking to disabled individuals near each entrance.

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to pay for parking, which include:
- Tap & Go without a paper ticket: tap your bank card upon entry of the boom, when leaving the mall tap your card again to pay for your parking. No paper ticket is needed for this facility.
- Tap & Go with paper ticket: Insert your parking card at the boom upon exiting the mall and tap your bank card to make payment.
- Card: pay at the pay stations using your debit or credit card by inserting your card or tapping to pay.
- Cash: pay at the pay stations using coins and notes.
